Mike Steinberger is Slate.com's wine columnist and he just recently published a book entitled "Au Revoir to all That: Food, Wine and the End of France". Barnes & Noble says it's "A rich, lively book about the upheaval in French gastronomy, set against the backdrop of France’s diminishing fortunes as a nation."
But Steinberger still thinks French wine is the best.
