About Me
I have a BA (English) from the University of Toronto and I have continued to take courses on writing, editing, desktop publishing, HTML and web-related programs, and wine. I have also given lectures on both editing and wine.

Wine
My writing and editing work is focused on wine and wine-related subjects. Click here to see some examples. I went back to London in November 2002 to take an intensive course at the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, known internationally as the Independent Wine Education Guild. I completed the Advanced level in Toronto in 2004. Here is my certificate. I am working towards my Diploma and I regularly attend wine events in Toronto and Niagara. I have also visited wineries in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, the Napa Valley in California, Bordeaux and Languedoc in France, and Rioja, Ribero del Duero and Rias Baixas in Spain. I am a member of the Wine Writers' Circle of Canada.
